At Marblux, we’re dedicated to bringing tail-wagging joy to your pup’s life with every product we deliver. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our WoobleFeeder™ and other pet products with our 30-Day Tail-Wag Guarantee.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
30-Day Tail-Calm Guarantee (Money-Back Guarantee)
We’re confident your dog will love their new PheroCalm Diffuser™, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- To start a refund, contact us through the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@getmarblux.com.
- Include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the order to make the process faster.
- Due to the personal nature of pet products, we do not accept returns for refunds, but we’re happy to offer a refund upon approval of your claim.
Damaged Items
We take care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged (e.g., defective or broken), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@getmarblux.com. Include a clear photo of the damage to determine eligibility for a free replacement.
Please note:
- Damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with the product in good condition is not considered damage.
- We do not replace, refund, or accept returns for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other issues beyond our control. If you encounter shipping problems, please contact the courier directly. Marblux is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. In the event of a lost, stolen, or delayed package, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local courier to seek a resolution. We will assist in providing necessary information but cannot assume liability for such incidents and will not offer full refunds in these cases.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, after this window, we cannot offer resends or refunds for incorrect addresses.
